Migrating your ASTO Auction Participation Tokens
Migrating your ASTO Auction Participation Tokens
Updated over 2 months ago

If you participated in the ASTO Liquidity Bootstrap Auction (LBA) and have not yet completed the migration to the updated ASTO-USDC LP contract, it is recommended that you complete the migration before withdrawing your staked LP tokens from the Lunaris Machine.

Firstly, it will allow you to continue generating ASTO-Energy (AE) with a 20% multiplier as long as you have staked LP tokens, as well as allow you to withdraw some or all of your staked LP without losing all AE generated to date; if you withdraw any currently staked LBA LP tokens you will lose all accumulated AE.

Completing the migration requires a few simple steps:

1. Navigate to The Cortex and connect the Ethereum wallet used to participate in the ASTO Auction.

2. Once connected, select the Lunaris Machine tab from the menu on the left.

3. The Overview page displays your current staked balance of ASTO, ASTO-USDC [LP Token], or ASTO Auction Participation tokens (any one or more staked balances are shown; zero balances are hidden).

4. To start the migration, click the Migrate Auction LP tokens button on the line showing your ASTO Auction Participation token balance.

The migration is a three-step process, each requiring an approval signature which will incur a small gas fee. These three steps are:

  1. Approve Interaction: this allows the contract to withdraw your tokens from the LBA LP contract.

  2. Withdraw LP from Auction Pool: this step withdraws currently staked LBA LP tokens.

  3. Migrate assets to new contract: this step stakes the LBA LP tokens in the newer ASTO-USDC LP contract.

ℹ️ Please Note: If you have approved the second step and the transaction has been processed, but keeps asking for approval for step two and is not progressing to step three, please contact our Support team from your FuturePass or from the Futureverse website (click on the ❓ icon in the bottom right corner of either page); advise them you’re having trouble with the LBA migrations and provide your Ethereum wallet address; there is a known bug affecting a small number of users which requires manual wallet verification and an extra step to complete the migration.

6. Once the final transaction has been processed, you will see a Migration Complete message and can close the migration window.

7. You will now see an ASTO-USDC [LP Token] balance displayed along with your AE production rate and current Total AE generated.

8. From here, you can choose to withdraw part or all of your staked LP tokens without losing your current ASTO-Energy.

For more information on withdrawing your LP tokens and breaking the LP pair to access the ASTO and USDC tokens, see this guide.
